I.OVA

İ.ova Gençlik Kültür, Sanat ve Gelişim Derneği (İ.ova Youth Art & Culture –I.OVA) is a non-profit organization based in Aydın, Turkey, established in 2018. With over 100 members, I.OVA is comprised of young and creative individuals who share values, ideas, and a vision for the future. The organization was founded in response to the need for a dynamic, community-based entity capable of recognizing and addressing the unique opportunities and challenges faced by the local community and its members.

Our primary goal is to empower young people aged 13-25 by creating tangible opportunities for educational and professional development, while also fostering youth entrepreneurship in an international setting. We achieve this through a variety of methods, including e-learning, in-class training, mentoring, and youth exchanges.

Guided by our values and principles, we strive to support every individual, promoting equal opportunities and assisting communities in achieving their goals in a sustainable manner. As a non-profit organization deeply committed to our local community, we provide various learning and training opportunities, creative and artistic initiatives, and promote integration and inclusion.

I.OVA is active in the fields of art, ecology, education, youth work, and culture. Our core belief is that non-formal education and art are powerful tools for youth development, educators, youth workers, and lifelong learning programs. To this end, I.OVA coordinates international exchange projects, training courses for youth and youth workers, workshops, exhibitions, shows, and local festivals. Our artistic specialties include creative drama, theatre, photography, video, animation, creative handcraft, and music. We prioritize topics such as human rights, social exclusion, poverty, environmental issues, cultural preservation, democracy, and gender equality.
