Institute for Sustainable Technologies in Radom (Poland) has been specializing for over thirty-five years in creating innovation in the field of machine construction and operation, technical safety, and environmental protection, as well as developing model solutions for continuing education and staff development programs for an innovative economy and the transfer of advanced technologies to industrial applications, which form the basis of the European Union's development strategy. The Upskilling Rural project at Łukasiewicz-ITEE is conducted by the Hybrid Learning and Behavioural Economics Lab, which operates at the intersection of advanced educational methods and complex mechanisms of human behavior. Combining cutting-edge technologies with the principles of behavioral economics, the lab is committed to pushing the boundaries of knowledge and practical applications in both scientific and business environments.
